I had a very positive experience using broker, Mike Hickman, to get my 2024 Toyota Rav4 Prime vehicle. It did not cost any more than buying it from the dealer and it was a very smooth experience. That Toyota model is a difficult vehicle to secure these days and some customers have to sit on waiting lists 9-12 months. But Mike was able to find and reserve one for me shortly after I told him exactly what I wanted. I am also happy to say that as soon as I initiated my relationship with him that ended any calls or other communications from the dealer.
