Toby Bauer boasts an impressive 28-year tenure with Centennial Leasing & Sales, complemented by four years with Ford and two years with Nissan. His commitment to flexibility in addressing all aspects of automotive needs reflects his extensive industry experience. For Toby, honesty, integrity, and the enjoyment of his work are paramount. Outside the automotive realm, he channels his passion as an avid hunter and outdoorsman. A proud owner of a 1969 Mustang, Toby's classic ride mirrors his enduring love for timeless cars.

Ross Cordova is a valued Centennial Leasing & Sales team member, bringing a diverse background in wildlife work on private ranches and with Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Ross has experience with a wide range of animals, from livestock to primates. At Centennial, he finds freedom in helping customers find their ideal vehicle.

Engaged and content as a "funcle" to five nieces and one nephew, Ross values integrity and honesty above all else. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling with his fiancé, especially when he can combine all three passions.

Born and raised in Fort Collins, Ross and his family are proud products of northern Colorado. He started at Centennial in March 2024 as a Junior Consultant under Kerry Kennicutt. With a penchant for adventure and a fondness for his '98 Chevy Silverado, Ross brings enthusiasm and dedication to the Centennial team.

Michael Dillon joined Centennial Leasing & Sales in April 2024, bringing 17 years of people management and client care to the team. He loves providing his guests with a simplified, straightforward approach to the car purchasing process. Michael has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and is pursuing his MBA. He also has a background in Computer Science and Technology. Outside of work, Michael enjoys swimming, biking, and spending time in the Colorado mountains. He is also a comic book collector and loves building Lego creations with his 10-year-old. Watching his kids, 18 and 10, excel in sports and engaging in their activities is a favorite pastime. He loves to travel, specifically to Oregon, with his significant other and family as often as possible. Originally from Idaho, Michael loves getting outdoors, whether hiking or camping. He has lived in Colorado for 25 years. His favorite car is a 1990 Subaru Justy.

With over 8 years of experience as a Deputy in the Larimer County Clerk's office and 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, Jeff Engelbrecht brings a unique skill set to his role as a Consultant and Automotive Illustrator/Designer here at Centennial Leasing & Sales. For Jeff, his job is his pride and joy. He has been with Centennial Leasing & Sales for over 3.5 years, and is passionate about helping people find incredible cars they love. He values family, hard work, compassion, and integrity. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family as well as working on "Special Vehicles," including hot rods and race cars. Currently, he is building a '65 Chevelle SS, which directly reflects his passion for special vehicles.

Mike Hickman, a Northern Colorado native, has been working in the car business since 1997. Mike is passionate about helping clients find the best vehicle for their lifestyle, and enjoys utilizing his expertise to guide them through the buying and leasing process. Mike works hard to build strong, long-lasting client relationships through honesty and integrity. Beyond the automotive realm, he finds joy in fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with family. Since 2006, he has been an integral part of the automotive world, owning over 40 cars. In particular, his '63 Mercury Comet holds a special place in his heart–not only did he work on it with his father, but it was his first car.

Kerry Kennicutt, also known as "Your No Pressure Car Guy," boasts over 14 years in the automotive industry. After honing his expertise and skills at a KIA dealership, Kerry joined the Centennial Leasing & Sales team in June 2023. So far, Kerry loves the work-life balance Centennial Leasing & Sales offers. He particularly enjoys being a part of such a streamlined car-buying process. Leveraging his sociology degree from Colorado State University coupled with his excellent interpersonal skills, Kerry works diligently to make car buying hassle-free and enjoyable. Additionally, he takes pride in being a trustworthy resource clients can rely on. Outside of work, Kerry enjoys spending time with his family, boating, wake surfing, gym workouts, MMA training, and traveling around the globe. He's passionate about high-performance vehicles, it's no surprise that his favorite cars are the Cadillac CTS-V and his cherished 1961 Ford Falcon. Brian Lampe entered the sales world during college, and has since become a seasoned sales professional dedicated to helping people. His journey led him through various roles, including working as a fishing representative for 20 years. Brian joined the Centennial Leasing & Sales team in 2015, and deeply values our high standards for consultants. For Brian, cars aren't his passion. Helping people is. Wolfgang Sanchez has over 2 years of automotive consulting experience, and has been with Centennial Leasing & Sales since November 2023. He deeply values building strong professional relationships with clients and believes that flexibility and integrity are key ingredients to cultivating optimal client experiences. With a background in the trades and a belief in treating people well, Wolfgang enjoys playing with his dog and exploring off-road trails. Wolfgang's preferred ride is a 2000 Honda S2000.

Steve Smith has been part of Centennial Leasing & Sales since 1999. After practicing law from 1975-1991, he decided to join a local dealership in Fort Collins before joining the Centennial Leasing & Sales team. He has spent over 20 years with us because he loves his colleagues as well as their commitment to doing things the right way. Born in LaPorte, Indiana, Steve holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Arizona. Steve has been married for 46 years, with three sons and five grandchildren, and resides in Fort Collins. He prioritizes honesty, transparency, and excellent service for his clients. Outside of work, Steve enjoys golf and supporting the Fighting Irish. With almost 25 years at Centennial Leasing & Sales, Steve's commitment remains steadfast.

JJ has been with the Centennial Leasing & Sales team since December 2007, and boasts an incredible 25 years of sales experience as well as 12 years in the food and beverage business. He values the client's satisfaction, emphasizing a full disclosure policy and structured approach. Family values are central to his life, and outside of work, JJ enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and kayaking. One of his automotive highlights includes a 72 GTO, a car he wishes he still owned.

Sirena Wall boasts a decade of sales experience, primarily in the automotive industry. With six years at a Ford Dealership, she mastered finding the perfect vehicle for her clients while simultaneously delivering a seamless, stress-free buying process. Josh Woolley has been immersed in the automotive industry since 1996, starting as a detailer and progressing through sales, management, and owning his own shop. With a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Josh values faith, honesty, integrity, and compassion. He joined Centennial Leasing & Sales in 2018, where he exercises his passion for helping people make informed car-buying decisions day-in and day-out. Currently, he lives in Louisville Colorado. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with family, outdoor adventures, and tinkering with classic cars. Josh's favorite car is his 1997 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am WS-6 Ram Air. He proposed to his sweetheart in this car and also drove away after his wedding in it.
